Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • We cannot accept returns for used or damaged items (unless they arrived damaged or defective).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
